What it's about: On the last Saturday before Christmas, veteran Unni and new student worker Aksel run the counter at the Vinmonopolet in Hamar until closing at three, through queues, panicking hosts and a delighted 34-year-old asked for ID. Unni's iron rule is that nobody gets in after three, and at 14:59:58 her own husband, who was supposed to buy the aquavit for her mother, comes running across the car park.
