Withdrawal and refunds
Last updated 1 October 2026. This page explains your right of withdrawal and how refunds work on each platform.
Right of withdrawal (web purchases)
Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because the library unlocks immediately, we will only start delivery if you expressly ask us to at checkout and confirm that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. If you haven't given that consent, or we didn't confirm it to you, you keep your right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw or ask for a refund
- Bought on the web: email us at martinkontakter@gmail.com with the email address of your account and the date of purchase. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. We'll confirm receipt, and the refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record for web purchases) to your original payment method. Because you were charged in USD, the refunded amount on your statement may differ slightly after currency conversion.
- Bought in the iPhone app: Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Apple account. You can also contact us and we'll help.
- Bought in the Android app: Google handles payments and refunds for Google Play purchases. Request a refund through Google Play (play.google.com, Order history). You can also contact us and we'll help.
A full refund removes the access granted by that purchase. A partial refund keeps access, and any other valid purchase on the same account (web, App Store or Google Play) keeps the library unlocked.
If something doesn't work
If the stories or audio don't work as described, contact us. We'll try to fix it, and you have the rights Norwegian consumer law gives you, including price reduction or a refund where the law provides for it. These rights apply regardless of where you bought.
