Treningssenteret
What it's about: New Year, new me: Torbjørn, 34, starts at the gym in Drammen and can't make the first machine move, because he is sitting on it backwards. Ruth, 82 and far fitter than him, becomes his strict unofficial coach, and by April he is the one telling a newcomer he is sitting the wrong way.
