Tilde var tilgjengelig døgnet rundt, hun ble aldri sykmeldt, og hun hadde fått tilgang til hele saksarkivet, slik at svarene skulle bli så presise som mulig. Det var det siste punktet som skulle vise seg å bli et problem.
