What it's about: Lithuanian carpenter Darius, working for a staffing company on a building site at Ensjø in Oslo, compares notes at lunch and realises that his payslip is far below both his contract and the rules for the building trade. His cautious Polish colleague warns him not to make trouble, his wife at home needs the money, and he has to decide whether to take his papers to the union representative.
