Dommeren

What it's about: When the usual teenage referee is ill, accountant Halvor in Sarpsborg has to referee his daughter's football match for nine-year-olds against a team from Fredrikstad. The children are happy; the parents on the sideline, led by a loud Fredrikstad dad and Halvor's own mother, are impossible, until Halvor hands out yellow cards made of sticky notes.
