BankID
What it's about: Kenji, three weeks in Trondheim, needs BankID for everything, but the bank wants him to log in with BankID to open the account he needs to get BankID. The patient clerk Maiken breaks the circle with an old-fashioned meeting, passport, D-number and a pen, and the first thing Kenji does with his new BankID is rate the meeting.
