Badstua

What it's about: In a floating sauna in Trondheim harbour, the regulars use first names only and never talk about work. Engineer Bjarte breaks the rule to confess his fear that a director from Oslo will close his department, and the quiet newcomer on the lowest bench confesses a job he hates, before they meet again on Monday in the meeting room.
