Apie ką ši istorija: Ji-woo in Moss can shop and chat with her neighbor in Norwegian, but phone calls terrify her. With a toothache she writes a script for booking a dentist appointment and rehearses it in the mirror, but the receptionist asks a question that is not in the script, so Ji-woo reads the next line, says thank you and hangs up. A little later she turns up in person, and the receptionist recognizes her.
